Terms of Service

1. The service

Kazevo analyzes search and AI-visibility data, generates and scores content, and can publish that content to websites you connect (for example, via WordPress). You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and any third-party terms (such as your CMS or hosting provider).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Connected third-party services

When you connect a WordPress site, Google account, or other third-party service, you authorize Kazevo to access and act on that service on your behalf (for example, publishing posts or reading Search Console data) strictly for the purpose of providing the Service. You can revoke this access at any time from your dashboard settings or the third-party provider directly.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Dodo Payments.
• Usage limits (tracked prompts, generated articles, connected websites) are determined by your plan and shown in your dashboard.
• You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with advance notice before it applies to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kazevo to:

• Generate or publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you input and of the content Kazevo generates for your account. We do not claim ownership over your generated articles, keywords, or connected site data.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Search rankings, AI citation outcomes, and content performance depend on factors outside our control (search engines, AI providers, algorithm changes), and we do not guarantee specific ranking or traffic results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kazevo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
